For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the user's IP Address, domain name (where possible). We are an online book publication and library services agent for book authors, researchers, government and all book lovers.
• 1.1 Purpose
The mission of bookbank.com.ng is to link all authors and books to their respective users/clients in Nigeria and all over the world there by encouraging today's authors to write more and meanifully, and to aid researchers, students and ardent readers to easily get access to any book of their choice. To achieve our mission, we make services available through our website, mobile applications (Coming Soon), and developer’s platform, to help us and the nation at large to promote and encourage writting and reading.
• 1.2 Scope and Intent
You agree that by registering on bookbank.com.ng, or by using our website, including our mobile applications, developer platform, premium services, or other information provided as part of the bookbank.com.ng services (collectively "bookbank.com.ng" or the "Service"), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with bookbank.com.ng Corporation.
If you are using bookbank.com.ng on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you are nevertheless individually bound by this agreement even if your company has a separate agreement with us. If you do not want to register an account and become a bookbank.com.ng member (user), do not enter into this Agreement, do not click "Register Now" and do not access, view, download or otherwise use any bookbank.com.ng webpage, information or services. By clicking "Register Now", you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions.
Please note that the bookbank.com.ng User Agreement and Privacy Policy are also collectively referred to as bookbank.com.ng's "Terms of Service."
